We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to work with the Carlucccio’s team to help revitalise the dining experience, taking the brand back to its core values and vision of Antonio Carluccio:

When we opened the first Carluccio’s caffe our aim was to provide great quality and authentic Italian food at sensible prices. We wanted to allow informal but excellent service to our customers, the aim remains the same today.

The new concept will focus on seasonality and dining throughout the day, responding to changing mood and needs depending on time of day.

We will look to develop and refine a new concept that will be reviewed and implemented through 2019.

If I could take only the basics of Italian food with me to a desert island, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose hard grained flour, tomatoes, olive oil and parmesan cheese. If I could take some flavourings I would take some basil and garlic
